My
husband Mike and I have made Sun City our home since
1989. We have raised our two children here and have
always loved the natural beauty of the area and
appreciated the wonderful proximity we have to the
ocean, mountains, and desert. Menifee is truly a
wonderful place to live! I am committed to my
community and am presently serving as Chairman of
the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce and
President, Menifee Valley Community Cupboard. I have
owned my own restaurant for eight years and proudly
serve my Country as a Chief Petty Officer in the
United States Navy Reserve.
I have been actively involved in the citihood effort
for over three years, serving as Vice President of
the Menifee Valley Incorporation Committee. I have
the commitment, energy and ability to help craft an
amazing new city. It's important that Menifee be a
well-managed and fiscally sound city, while
maintaining the sense of community and rural flavor
that appeals to all of us. I bring with me the
knowledge, skills and proven leadership to
accomplish what we have waited so long for-the
opportunity for local control to create a city we
can all be proud of!
|
With your
support, if I am elected I pledge to: |
-
Improve Public Safety to provide safe
communities
-
Protect Senior Status and Quality of
Life
- Ensure
well planned and balanced growth while
maintaining our rural areas
-
Develop a walking/biking trail and
community improvement plan
- Work
to bring commercial retail and
entertainment projects to the city
|
| With my
proven leadership ability and commitment to
our community I ask for your vote on June
3rd and together we can make Menifee a city
we can all be proud of. |
